Established in 2001, Priorities ABA employs LPA’s, BCBA’s and RBT’s to provide services to families in North Carolina. Full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts are needed to join our team of highly experienced professionals providing home based ABA therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Complete initial and ongoing training provided by Priorities ABA
  • Conduct initial and on-going assessments in collaboration with an LPA
  • Develop initial and on-going treatment plans in collaboration with an LPA
  • Train parents and Behavior Technicians on effective use of ABA
  • Supervise Behavior Technicians
  • Communicate with families, Technicians, and Clinical Supervisor
  • Work collaboratively with parents and other professionals
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of research in autism treatments

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or related field
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Must be caring, positive, energetic, flexible, and motivated to learn
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • North Carolina professional license a plus but not required
